Campbell E. Wallace is a partner at Frilot L.L.C. and focuses on personal injury, trucking, toxic tort, and product liability litigation. Mr. Wallace specializes in the defense of class actions, wrongful death, and personal injury suits against manufacturers in product liability and toxic tort suits, including cases involving asbestos exposure and trucking litigation. He has extensive experience dealing with insurance coverage disputes, including complex cases that occurred as a result of Hurricane Katrina with claims ranging from $7 million to $50 million, with a concentration in bad faith litigation. Mr. Wallace has also handled environmental disputes, handling claims on behalf of refineries seeking to recover cleanup costs and other expenses resulting from a release of chemicals. Mr. Wallace has represented a multinational funeral company that sustained $46 million of damage during Hurricane Katrina.
Dylan D. Lynch is an associate with the firm, practicing in areas of Insurance Coverage, Trucking and Mass Torts & Class Actions. While attending Tulane Law School, Mr. Lynch clerked for the Orleans Parish District Attorney’s office, where he was assigned to the Multi-Agency Gang Unit. He also clerked for Governor Jindal’s Executive Counsel Thomas Enright in Baton Rouge. Along with practicing law at the firm, Mr. Lynch is part of Frilot Forward.
